I’ve been working in yourworld since 2016. I stop working during pandemic time and re started again this year. I’m very grateful of how they accomodate and help me process all my requirements quickly. Especially Gareth he is very approachable and helpful. I feel welcomed and valued. You work for nothing with your world

I am trying to get paid as I am writing this. My consultant is not available today at a wedding. I have to make noise about May pay every week. Sometimes getting paid less than what I have worked and getting double or triple admin charges. They don’t book shifts for me and I get directly booked on a ward. I create a good reputation and getting direct block bookings and then they don’t pay me. I have suffered immeasurably. Direct debits bouncing. Struggling to pay for my children’s school lunches and other school necessitates. All I get is that they totally under how I feel and doing their best to help me. On one of the weeks Dan gave me money for fuel so I could attend training only to brag about it saying that he gave me in good faith. I did not need his hood Faith if they had paid me. Liam who is standing in for Dan is not answering his call. I have had to cancel all my shifts because it’s no point working. I strongly urge all nurses not to work for this agency. They are so cruel it’s unbelievable. They don’t own most of the contracts they have. The subcontract from the master vendor. They pay you less than most agencies. They should have not have been rewarded the contracts because they obviously can’t afford to run them. I hope one of the NHS bosses run into this. I believe they get the contracts through deception. Because if they were financially viable they would be paying on time THE Director has responded that it’s because I book myself directly. If that’s the case how come I get paid some other weeks and not others. Precisely the two shifts I worked over the weekend were not direct bookings. You can not book yourself directly as an RMN in a general hospital

Can’t speak more highly of him, a pleasure to deal with, responds to all my needs anytime of the day, extremely caring, knowledgeable and always has my best interest at heart! Poor experience

I was registered with this company for a year. Although shift availability is good, communication from the team is exceptionally low. My consultant was Layla and found her to be extremely difficult to work with. Poor communication-being booked onto shifts without notification. Unprofessionalism in the form of harrassing WhatsApp messages. If you can get another consultant then like I say the shift availability is good. In reply to your response I gave leyla 2 dates in which I asked her to book me on for a shift. Her response was I will check… no other response from her than that and then I find out the evening before that I’m booked onto a shift the next day. Hardly good communication is it!
