Getting my driving license was a real struggle as I’m an anxious driver. I was about to quit after failing the test and losing my confidence but then Avind became my driver instructor. What can I say about Avind? First of all He’s an excellent human being: honest, reliable, calm, friendly and extremely polite. Second, Avind is an excellent professional. He cares about his pupils and he helps us to achieve our goals in every possible way. Name it and Avind has it: pictures, drawings, books even songs 😂 Avind helped me to increase my confidence and to get my driving license today. I have no words to express my gratitude and admiration. I would like to start by saying that my review is not for the entire academy; they were good and kind when interacting with me. However, they assigned me an instructor named Abu Turab, who was really disrespectful and rude to me via text messages. I was just asking about his availability before 9 a.m. or after 5 p.m. to have more lessons during the week and not just on Saturdays. Instead of answering in a polite way, he replied that I wasn't the only student and that he doesn't work 24 hours. Even though he was so rude, I responded by saying that I didn't think he should talk to me in that way and explained again why I asked if he could do those hours. He only answered that he was going to refund my money (which is the only good thing he did). To be honest, I don't know if he could or not; he could have come back saying no in a polite way, but instead, he chose to be disrespectful. I wonder if I was a man, would he have spoken to me in this disrespectful way?... I, of course, sent the whole conversation to the academy because no one else deserves to be treated like that. I wasn't asking for a favour, I paid for a service and the academy initially said that my schedule wouldn't be a problem...if he couldn't, I would have understood, it costs nothing to be kind and to respect others.

Marcio is a great driving instructor! He made me feel welcomed and at ease when learning; he helped me feel more confident in my driving abilities and consistently gave me good advice and explained everything very clearly and in a way that's easy to understand. He stuck with me and had faith I would pass even though I messed up a couple times on tests due to my bad nerves/anxiety and helped me deal with my nerves better when it came to the driving test. I passed recently and would definitely recommend him to anyone who wants to learn to drive :)

Arvind is an excellent trainer and the best guide if you wish to pass in Swindon test in first attempt He will guide you giving the best examples and the best routes to an extent wherein the real test will be like just another day. He is the best teacher though a strict one but will definitely pay off at the time of exam day. Just excellent trainer

My driving instructor was Marcio and he was an amazing instructor he was so kind and patient and was a huge part in getting me ready for my test he was very nice and made so much time for me and I do very much recommend.
