I do most of my shopping online and for years I've wished I could sample perfumes before buying. When I discovered Fragrance Samples I was thrilled. Perfumes are so expensive it's important to get it right. So I bought a sample of Jo Malone's perfume, which I liked, so was able to purchase it online

Products came undamaged and in good time. Saves money on perfumes that either won't last or you don't like.

I received the wrong products in the wrong bottles and to compound the issue I requested side effects intitio as a bigger measurement instead received aphrodisiac as a bigger size. So basically wrong measurement and wrong labelled botto lucky I didn’t spend £££ on wrong information

Brilliant service

Compared to their competitors, fsu are better on price, and often include free samples with your order. The bottles and labels are OK, not the best but also nothing to complain about. Glass would be better but that would obviously increase the price, so I can understand why they use plastic vials. The big 5ml/10ml vials have a huge dose per spray compared to the smaller size ones. The selection is decent but there is always room for more niches. Lastly, their delivery is quicker than any other UK based sample house I've tried. Recommended
