Purchased a sand pit at very competitive price. Item was damaged on delivery. On contacting them, they were swift and prompt in response by sending a replacement at no cost. Will purchase from them with absolute trust.

Cannot recommend them highly enough, my little boy has been looking for a particular monster truck for his birthday but couldn’t get my hands on one anywhere, came across Foys website and emailed Sunday night to see if by any chance they had one not only did they reply first thing Monday morning to help but it has arrived just now (Tuesday) with a lovely little colouring book and hand written note too! I don’t know many places, if any, that would go to that much trouble to make sure we had the right toy on time for him! Will definitely be shopping with them again!! Thank you!!!

Ordered 2 boxes of Pokémon cards and I have never seen such thoughtful packaging - there was 2 rolls either side to prevent the boxes from moving in transit - the boxes arrived in perfect condition.
