It’s been a while since I had a rib eye that tastes like a rib eye? This beef was full of flavour

I ordered 'Wagyu beef' for our spacial anniversary dinner. Order was easy and delivery was very efficient. However I am not happy about the products. I expected 'Wagyu' as I am a Japanese but meat wasn't really 'marble wagyu' Also I ordered thick cut but it seemed just sent already packed it was thin (1cm thickness) large pieces. So it was disappointed. Meat itself was tasty though as an Irish glass fed beef

Best butchers I have ever gone too, food is always amazing and the delivery service is so quick. I would never go to another butcher again after trying to food here!

I ordered my meat for Christmas from Kerrigans including a big batch of chicken liver which was smashed and all over the box by the time it was delivered to my door. Dylan from customer service called as soon as I contacted Kerrigans, apologized and promised to call back and resolve the issue by close of business. He called back exactly at the time he promised and offered a refund for the liver I wasn't able to use plus a discount off my next order. I have to say this was handled extremely politely and professionally. I'm glad they do Nationwide delivery, I wish they were closer to me! Top quality meat!

2nd time in a row been given the wrong thing. Asked for short rib and was sold a cote de boeuf. What should have been €20 to feed 5. Was €50. Won't be back again
