Their employee screwed up, didn't put the next order on hold and I got to pay an extra $13.25 CND for her mistake. The staff would not take accountability for their employee's mistake, and instead of making things right, which would have only cost them about $8 USD, they taught me that this company has no customers service. They also double ship & double charge. Buyer beware!

Your product is “fantastic”

I love this product. My face is smooth with even skin tone. I’m 74 and my skin looks terrific. I’m always getting compliments. I’ve even had strangers tell me that I look like I’m in my 50s. My dermatologist even took a picture of my face last time I saw her. Important fact: it keeps my hair from falling out. I will never stop taking it. Thank you so very much for a great product.

It’s making my face burn and is very dry and flaky

I have been calling and emailing to receive a refund for since December 16. I know the product was received. I get promises of a refund, but nothing appears in my checking account. I was told it would got to PayPal. Nothing in PayPal. Perhaps I need to write the attorney general and complain. Very unhappy with my experience with this company.
