Excellent service! Paint turned up on time and was an exact match to my car.

I was faced with a very good and helpful website, particularly because it easily found the colour for my car. Once the order was made I was regularly kept informed of the progress of the order which was delivered in good time. The product was well packed and had excellent instructions.

Wish I could give this minus! Ordered some paint for my 911 996, I emailed them on the day to confirm that it was the correct order, no email. A day later I received an email to say it was on its way, I paid extra for quicker delivery. On the day of expected delivery, nothing arrived, I emailed them to query this, again no reply. Sent them another email today, no reply. Have asked my bank to reverse the transaction so I get my money back, successfully claimed it back. Please do avoid this, I'd rather pay extra from the manufacturer to get the paint and guarantee a match!

paint took over a week to arrive. at the point of order I e-mailed and questioned the automatically generated colour and was assured it was correct. It was not. I took pictures, I showed the colour in photos was not right and also showed the paint code was wrong. And was told it will match your car. After I had clearly seen that it didn't. No offer of refund or replacement. I will avoid Paintnuts in future , everyone makes mistakes, but refusing to accept you have made a mistake is unacceptable.

Paint turned up here earlier than expected. A great aerosol spray maoking to very easy to use and gives a lovely even spread. Only marked down to 4* as the colour isn't quite right, not far off, but noticeable.
