I recently signed up for a Ready Made Store Partnership that comes with one of their niche stores, so far I'm quite chuffed. It's been about a month now of setting up my store and I haven't made any sales as yet. Don't expect an immediate return on your investment unless you have some amazing luck up your sleeve. It isn't as easy as it seems in terms of making sales and one must consider the amount of competition out in the field as well as the shipping to SA that isn't as efficient in other countries. Trying to market to foreign clientele is also quite a challenge. The business requires a lot of attention and hard work as with anything else of course. It's not all smooth sailing. The support team are really on it and respond to support tickets quite fast and generally are able to assist with the queries they receive. My absolute favorite person to work with is Shaza, without a doubt. She is patient, understanding and so extremely helpful. She makes you feel hopeful because guaranteed this entire process is rather daunting even with the support. Shaza has really been phenomenal in the sense that she will help you even though your support time is up, she really goes out of her way to assist you and also makes you feel human, not just another customer that she needs to quickly get out of the way. She is super professional and just such an excellent asset to the support team! I am a little frustrated though that my webpage is quite limited with regards to editing and making changes on the ready made stores wordpress plugin and am considering changing to a theme that offers more flexibility however 'Ready Made Stores' offer everything that they promise but keep in mind to have a fair expectation unlike myself. For instance, they offer logo design and they helped me design a logo for my store but they have limited resources and referred me to Fiverr to do any unique customised logo designs which is understandable I guess. The purpose of this review though was more to highlight the amazing service I've received from Shaza as their support team member. One word: EXCEPTIONAL The entire process is seamless. Buying a store from them is almost a no-brianer. Before purchasing my store, Odette Butcher helped and really assisted me in finding the right store for me. The store was set up and ready for trading within 2 days. But it doesn't end there... The marketing and technical support is brilliant. Response time from the team is quick. And I have had absolutely no issues at all It is great value for money. And definitely a worthwhile investment. Would recommend 10/10

Total jerks. Ordered the co-branded business and a custom niche store. Apparently telling them you want to use a current store as an example to start, with changes, is not acceptable. It's either take what they give you, or they tell you to do it yourself. So much for custom niche. The CEO does nothing but argue and not provide customer service. Not worth the effort or time for a 100% aliexpress site that you can do for almost nothing.
