The customers care was beyond excellent. The only thing that stopped you getting a 5 was that you don’t ship the product to France and yet your website allowed my crédit card to be debited before this was spotted. So my order was NEVER actually filled. But the refund went through efficiently and your staff kept me advised AND offered to monitor à replacement order when à new courrier was established. Sadly, I had made other plans by then but NEXT time you WILL get my business’ no question.
