The item l was ordering was out of stock and had to be sourced from Spain. Customer services did this for me without any hesitation and advised me of the likely time delay before it arrived in the UK. I was kept informed of the delivery progress and nothing was too much trouble for the office. As soon as it arrived it was sent on to me. Excellent service and excellent price, this is the third time l've ordered from Beyond Beautiful and each time l couldn't fault them in any way. In my experience it's always been a hassle free and friendly and well appreciated by me.
