Great international service and good communication

I purchased some Kérastase shampoo on 10th December. The tracking system of Royal Mail says it was delivered to my address on 17th December, but I never received my order. I have called the customer service and I was told to write an email to create a trail. I did it a week ago. I got contacted to ask to confirm my delivery address (which I did immediately) and then nothing. It’s now been 3 days and I doubt I will hear anything until after the weekend (maybe). In the meantime it’s January 7th… Edited to say that their customer service is as useful as a chocolate teapot. They did absolutely nothing. I have opened a case with Royal Mail and I am waiting to hear back from them.

Very reasonably priced and delivery was very quick. Altogether very happy with my purchase.
