I have now contacted your customer services twice as I have not received my purchase. Both times I was told that uou would investigate with the courier and get back to me. My last call was over a week ago, and still no update. Very disappointing as you came so highly recommended. I will call again on Monday.

Great service as usual

I purchased a face cream from this website and it was never delivered . I talk to then through emails and they gave me a track number for the parcel they said they sent it by Royal Mail . I went to the post office and i checked with them but they had no evidence in the sistem from this sender . So i lost 24£ . This website is a scam , do not purchase from this .
