I’ve given this rating because I am awaiting 4 Dr Hauschka skin care & body products to arrive back in stock so I can place an order. These items have been out of stock for at least 3 weeks & I’ve had to order from another company because of this. Such a shame.

Gave a completely different product to what I ordered due to false descriptions on their website. I have sent emails informing them as they “will not refund until customer service tells you” but they have not responded

Would give them 0 if I could. They have not delivered my order and are refusing to refund. Trying to accuse of lying. Dishonest and really bad customer service. AVOID. Edit: Case in point (their reply) They keep trying to say it is delivered, when they know full well there were 2 separate orders, and only 1 was delivered. They have no proof of the second delivering either and have NOT provided it, because there is none. They are liars. Again, AVOID.
