The product was packed in poor quality packaging not fit for purpose.
The product arrived in damaged packaging, which in turn damaged the presentation box of the item. I contacted the company who took some time to respond and then just blamed the courier. How Peter, the packaging was not fit for purpose and would not protect anything delicate. I have just been told to return… Not helpful. All in all poor service.
