Ordered jeans. Received them. Fitting not right. Emailed 3 times now asking for return code. Nobody getting back. Don't know what to do now.

Love this brand. Ordered a couple more tshirts during lockdown and they arrived quickly. There was a slight issue with one of them, it was more me just being picky but the customer service team were really helpful and sent me another without any hesitation. Excellent service and great communication, will definitely be buying from them again.
