Wow this sleep spray really helped when I thought nothing else could, all I needed was a good night sleep and to wake up refreshed to start my day , this spray helped me find my sleep pattern and to relax, fantastic, I can’t praise this enough.

Alibilis was recommended to me by a friend. This product really does work. I normally have no problem getting to sleep, but often get woken by my husband or outside noise and then I rarely get back off to sleep again. This is where 'Like a Log' works for me... at 4am in the morning it is too late to take a sleeping tablet. However, with a few sprays of 'Like A Log' rubbed into my arms I quickly fall back to sleep and wake up at my normal hour, feeling wide away and ready for the day ahead.
