Durch Empfehlung habe ich mir meinen lang ersehnten Wunsch erfüllt, und meine Nase bei Dr. Kadri ila gemacht. Yasemin war eine tolle Übersetzerin. Hazal die Pflegerin war sehr lieb und hat mich im Vanity gut umsorgt. Das Hotel war i.O. Mit dem Ergebnis bin ich sehr zufrieden. Dr.Kadri ist so ein liebervoller Arzt mit einem mega Wissen! Empfehle ich jedem weiter! 👏🏼

Von Anfang an hat Yasemin Akça den gesamten Prozess mit einer Professionalität, Herzlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit begleitet, die meine Erwartungen weit übertroffen haben. Sie nahm sich die Zeit, alle meine Fragen detailliert zu beantworten und mir die Abläufe transparent zu erklären. Dabei hat sie es geschafft, eine entspannte Atmosphäre zu schaffen, die mir ein Gefühl von Sicherheit und Vertrauen gegeben hat. Während der Vorbereitungen zur Operation hat sie stets darauf geachtet, dass ich mich wohl und gut informiert fühlte. Selbst in stressigen Momenten behielt sie die Ruhe und hatte immer ein offenes Ohr für meine Anliegen. Nach der Operation war sie nicht nur professionell in der Nachsorge, sondern auch menschlich eine große Stütze, da sie sich regelmäßig nach meinem Wohlbefinden erkundigte und mit Rat und Tat zur Seite hat nicht nur eine bemerkenswerte Expertise, sondern auch die seltene Gabe, Menschen mit ihrem Engagement und ihrer Fürsorge ein echtes Gefühl von Wertschätzung zu vermitteln. Dank ihr wurde eine potenziell nervenaufreibende Erfahrung zu einer positiven und bereichernden. Todo ha ido genial, desde la primera vez que escribí a la clínica para informarme me trataron súper bien, ha sido todo muy fácil. Los asistentes son estupendos, muchísimas gracias especialmente a Zeynep y Nadin que han trabajado fantásticamente para que todo salga genial. Que Dios bendiga las manos del doctor Kadri Ila, es impresionante el resultado que obtuve, estoy sumamente agradecida con todo el equipo. Desde los transportistas hasta el personal del hotel, todos han sido muy amables. Muchísimas gracias por todo y sin duda es la mejor clínica en la que he estado y volvería a Vanity sin pensarlo.

Mein besonderer Dank gilt an alle bei Vanity nach meiner Augenlidstraffung. Insbesondere die Betreuung durch Frau Yasemin Akca war sehr professionell und makellos. Sie hat sich die ganze Woche lang täglich um mich gekümmert. So wie es man sich als Patient vorstellt. Wären noch mehr Sterne verfügbar, hätte sie diese auch bekommen. Vielen Dank nochmal

It’s my second time at vanity clinic for a reason. I felt in good hands at all times. Not only did my doctor Dr. Can Zeliha a great job, but also Irem (as my contact person) made me feel so comfortable about my whole stay and beyond. I can’t thank the whole staff enough. Fully recommend!

Worse experience I’ve ever had booked in for Buccal fat removal and chin lipo with dr Bugra ipek. The surgeon is lovely but his team such as his assistant ONUR MERT he is a money making scam artist! They have no organisation, the team are so unaware of what is going on and I fully advise you to stay away from vanity hospital and this team for any procedures. I paid a £100 deposit for my local anasthetic treatment of chin lipo and buccal fat which they couldn’t do until a report from the cardiologist confirmed I could go ahead (which I paid an extra £60 for) - which I will not be refunded and now the assistant ONUR MERT is saying I need to pay an extra £750 to change hospital because I need a hospital with an intensive care unit. This is not true as the cardiologist I spoke to confirmed the all go ahead - along with onur and his team after the report was done!

Based on my personal experience, I want to express my gratitude mainly to Dr. Aysel Pashazade and her team for the great work done with me. The result of my aesthetic surgery exceeds expectations. I am very satisfied and happy for the treatment, the attention, the professionalism received. From the beginning he was able to clarify all my doubts, always knew how to advise and guide me in each consultation, taking care of my well-being and health above all. Advice that I followed to the letter. Once again thank you very much Dr. Aysel Pashazade, it has been a pleasure and an unforgettable experience.

Had a hair transplant at vanity in December 2024, couldn’t recommend enough! The staff were really lovely and my consultant Umut was very helpful with translating for me and checking up on me! Stoked to see the final result in the next 12 months 🙏🏽
