The team is really friendly and helpful since I arrived they pick me up from the airport to very nice hotel in 5 stars transportation and they also keep in touch with me even if i need something other than the surgery they helps me a lot quick responsive and I’m very happy with the results for this price trust me it’s Highly recommended

Alles ist super verlaufen! Großes Dankeschön an Yasemin und an Dr. Mert Sizmaz, ich habe mich sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Dr. Sizmaz hat mich über jede Einzelheit vor und nach der OP aufgeklärt und ist auf all meine Wünsche eingegangen. Das Ergebnis hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen! Ich bin mehr als zufrieden! Die Betreuung und Organisation von Anfang bis jetzt wurde durch Emine und Yasemin top durchgeführt.

Great experience with Berfin and the whole hair transplant team

Mi amiga y yo nos sometimos a una rinoplastia con el doctor Erman Menekse y estoy muy feliz del trabajo realizado y su atención al igual que Gizem que nos a tratado muy bien y resuelto todas las dudas,a ellos si que les pongo 5 estrellas. Si que tuvimos algún problema por el idioma porque cuando llegamos al hospital,no teníamos traductor de español y todo fue por traductor en el móvil punto que no nos gusto nada pero creo que fue tuba la que nos ayudó a salir del mal momento que pasamos vía móvil. Lo que menos me gustó fue el trato de las enfermeras, no era nada cercano y sus caras no eran de mucho ayudar ni estaban por la labor de hacerlo. Por cierto la anestesiologa también un encanto pero no me acuerdo como se llama.

Hallo mein Name ist Ingemar, ich komme aus der Schweiz und hatte am 22 December eine op in der Vanity Clinik, ich habe ein Temporalift und ein Midface Lift gemacht, ich bin sehr zufrieden und die Schwellungen sind schon sehr zurück gegangen, ich kann diese Clinik sehr empfehlen, und ich werde wieder kommen, danke an den Arzt und alle die mich betreut haben

Me hice una rinoplastia y una lipoescultura la verdad es que muy bien los resultados aunque solo llevo 15 días, el médico Ermanmekse muy bien muy agradable respondió a todas las preguntas y dudas a él le pondría las 5 estrellas igual que Gizem , lo único que me veo problema es el tema del idioma si o si tienes que saber inglés si no sabes estás limitado a traductor del móvil porque no tienes una persona ahí personalmente traduciendo, sino llaman a alguien y si puede sino con el móvil es de las cosas que menos me han gustado aparte de la atención de la enfermeras que personalmente fue mala tuve un problema y tuve que insistir mucho para que me hicieran caso y se dieran cuenta que lo que decía era así el trato fue bastante desagradable. Creo que el punto del idioma es súper importante y la atención de las enfermeras debería ser de más empatía.

I did a rhinoplasty last week at Vanity Hospital with Dr. Erman Meneksi. Everything went soooo well. All the medical staff, doctors, nurses, assistants, and also the drivers were extremely helpful and kind. Everything went as they promised. They do communicate well in english and arabic. The hospital is so clean and modern. I would really like to thank Dr Erman, the nurses and the assistants and coordinators. Especially Ahmed who helped me a lot with my decision and Nadine she was amazing and soo kind, she helped a lot through my healing time. They were never late to answer any question or concern and they listen very well to your choices. I highly recommend this hospital.
