Happy with the price and pleasant staff.

I made a simple claim for quite a small amount of money. They denied receiving my claim form and blamed my vets. Only after my vets proved that the forms had been sent did they admit that they had had my claim form, almost 5 weeks after it was sent. 8 weeks later after it was sent I am still waiting for payment.

Only JUST took out a policy (1.2.25) so can't comment other than easy to set up and decent price for the cover I will (hopefull not) receive. Thanks!

I've been with Healthy pets for years. They've always paid out when necessary (fortunately not often) & aren't too extortionate, hiven I've 4 cats & only 1 income

All my questions regarding the variances in potential insurance cover for my pet were answered clearly and fully and I understood exactly what cover I needed.

You only find out if insurance is any good when you have to use it and Healthy Pets dealt with our claim fairly when our cat suddenly became ill and sadly passed away after visits to both our vet and an emergency hospital. The phone operator handled my call with genuine warmth and we were able to claim for both sets of bills we incurred.

Shouldn't be reviewing insurance straight away. The policy doesn't even start for another 2 weeks so what exactly am I reviewing? I could say 5 starts for the purchasing of insurance but the main thing people want to know is the price of the insurance and most importantly if they pay out and ontime. This is although they are fishing for good reviews even before my policy starts. It would be good to review businesses after a year!

Lady was friendly, helpful and personable , great outcome reached in an orderly manner . Only query is why i had to challenge the increase in premium in order to get a better price .
