Easy to apply got on line. Like that they give options on how to be contacted. Very happy they have a paper option. Priced lower than others. So just hoping now if I need to make a claim it will be as easy

Get insurance elsewhere- open ended claim times...

As people say, you can’t really assess an insurance company until you need to make a claim, which is why we are currently giving 1 star. Over 4 weeks ago, our cat was injured in an accident and underwent a successful surgery. However, the last 4 weeks have been full on anxiety any sleepless nights as they claim still hasn’t been assessed. To our surprise, they told us 4 weeks is their current claim processing time, far exceeding the 10 working days they state on their website. Even after 4 weeks, when we rang on Friday so could give us no more assurance of when it would be accessed. Coming up to Christmas and will other financial challenges this ongoing situation is making things so much worse for our mental health and family finances. The reviews were good when we joined, but if you are looking for an insurer that will help in your time of need, I would currently look elsewhere. We are really hoping for a resolution this week before Christmas but it seems very unlikely and our anxiety, stress and uncertainty goes on.

Just a word of warning

Just a word of warning, if your pet becomes ill towards the end of the policy, and received treatment in the old and new policy, you will have to pay the excess twice, even if it’s one claim. It is in the terms and conditions, which i admit I did not go through with a fine tooth comb, so be aware of this a don’t allow your pet to become in at the end of a policy !!!!! Or compare with other pet insurance. I have to say that the staff are very helpful, and really the only + point I can make at this time.

Worst company for claims EVER!

Fine until you actually need to make a claim. All you get is excuses about how busy they are and they have a backlog. We are now 2 months into a claim with them and have now written to them advising of legal action should the claim not be processed within the next 10 days. Absolutely shocking service we will definitely NOT use this shower of clowns again and would suggest anyone thinking of giving them business to think again and go elsewhere. How they have anything over a 4 star rating is totally beyond me. Avoid at all costs.
