Two months after made my claim, still waiting for money to be refunded. Just seems excuse after excuse.

ITS VERY EASY TO SIGN UP AND AND SETTING UP DIRECT DEBITS AND TILL THEY GET PAID THEY PERFECT… TILL YOU CLAIM ANYTHING THAT IS IT, GAME OVER, THEIR TRUE FACE COME OUT EVERYTHING IS VERY COMPLICATED (ON PURPOSE OBVIOUSLY) FULL OF FORMS TO FILL COME AND GO BACK AND FORTH HEAR SAY WITH VETS AND GO SHOW THEM PROOFS TAKE PICSTURES AND SHOTS AND HAVE A DIARY TO THESE PEOPLE ITS SOOOO LONG I WISH I HAD NEVER CANCELLED MY POLICY WITH PET PLAN, NOW I SEE ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS HERE. TERRIBLE ON CLAIM NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE TO GET ANY MONEY OUT OF THEM THEY LOOK FOR ANY EXCUSE TO VOID THE CLAIM LOTS OF CONDITIONS THAT CAN CANCEL WHOLE CLAIM. LIKE I SAID VERY EASY ON THE MONEY BUT WHEN YOU NEED THEM FOR CLAIM VERY VERY GOOD LUCK TO YOU. FOR ALL THESE COMPLICATIONS AND CLAIMS CANCELLATION TRICKS AND CONDITIONS THEY SHOULD CHARGE £10 A MONTH DIRECT DEBIT AND ALSO BE AWARE YOUR EXCESS IS £150 PLUS THE 20% OF THE BILL WHICH I HAD NO IDEA (SMALL PRINT TRICK YOU CANT EVEN SEE SUCH LINE BUT HIDDEN WORDS YOU SEE AFTER 100 TIMES IF YOU READ THEIR T&C BOLSHIT) SO SAY YOUR DOG HAD OP £10K MEANS YOU HAVE TO COUGH UP FRONT £2200 IN 3 DAYS OR YOUR WHOLE CLAIM IS DOWN THE SEWER WITH THE FORMS AND ALL THAT BOLSHITS.

Have made a few claims now with my lab and there’s never been an issue . First time using pet insurance and healthy pets have always been great. So much so that I’ve just bought a second lab and didn’t look at any other insurers just insured her straight away with healthy pets. I can’t fault them .

Lovely lady I spoke to re my Pet insurance. Came up with a better renewal quote for me . I’ve used this company for about 10 years & the customer service is always first class

Excellent service as usual been with them years

In two years my premiums for a dog increased by about 40% but the sum insured did not increase by a penny. No claims were made under the policy and the dog is only 4 years old. Healthy Pets have a habit of only sending out the renewal so that it reaches you only a few days before its due, giving you little time to shop around.
