Fast, friendly and easy to deal with

I am very happy with the speedy response to our business needs. We had been let down by our previous broker and the Green Energy Advice Bureau worked really fast to provide solutions to meet our requirements, would highly recommend them.

Daryl is absolutely brilliant!

I have to say, Daryl Carr has been incredible. Daryl is always on hand for a speedy reply to any problem or issue relating to a contract finishing, incorrect bill or dispute. If there were more Daryl's in the world of Customer Service then people would be a lot lot happier and no mistakes would be made. I cannot express enough how much I would recommend working with Daryl and his colleagues at the Green Energy Advice Bureau

Huge improvement

Originally gave them a 1 star - but I have to say that the way that they have picked up the baton today and got on top of the issue that we had was an example of excellent service. In terms of the core service that they provide, they are good and do deliver what is promised, hopefully they will continue to develop their after sales service and become a 5* company
