Tried to renew but difficulty getting…

Tried to renew but difficulty getting through on phone and you can't amend policies online so that's one negative. When I did get through and tried to revise policy and ask some questions before I got charged nearly £500 I got lectured, tutted at and spoken over constantly. Needless to say I'm not now renewing after 5 years of being a customer.

Very pleased with PolicyBee Service

Not sure why some of the negative reviews as I personally have had good service from PolicyBee. Have had PI insurance via them for a number of years and very happy with it. I used to have Employers Liability and Public Liability through Coverly but as they have stopped trading I called PolicyBee for a quote. The person I spoke to was very helpful and added cover for these to my policy and the cost was the same as I had been paying with Coverly so now I have all me cover easily through one broker.

Excellent service from friendly people

I can only agree with the positive reviews here. I have dealt with Policybee for several years - I came to them to get better rates - and I have had excellent service. This year (March 2021) Lisa and Nina have both been great. I feel that I get reminders (which are good) not a hard sell (which is not good). They were friendly, knowledgeable and reliable. I also appreciate that all insurance documents come in one PDF file - this might seem a small thing but other insurers send half-a-dozen confusing files. Recommended

they take all your information but then in the end, you don't get anything! getting a quote on the website is a trick to just get your info!

Efficient and helpful

Quite surprised by the reviews so far, as I have been using PolicyBee for a couple of years now and they've been nothing but friendly and helpful on the few odd occasions that I've had enquiries. What I liked is the personal touch, i.e. it has never been difficult to speak to a human being, I've had responses in good time and even routine emails such as renewal reminders have been from a named individual. I found the website easy to use too, and the rates seemed reasonably competitive. Happy I chose to go with them.

Wait until renewal time.

Lots of threats about your cover when it comes to renewal time. In fact only threats. Your cover is removed and any claims even if they occurred during a valid policy would be rendered null and void. Will never use again.

Very disappointing interaction from the…

Very disappointing interaction from the team today. Called Catherine to confirm the validity of an insurance certificate and she refused to do so under the DPA. I do not understand where the DPA covers certificates of indemnification for a company and not a person. So as a consumer I can only choose not to use the supplier based on his insurance broker not supplying the service he pays for. Oh, the other option is I run around for the broker and sort it for them......
