there is no customer service now. tried several ways to contact about a download link that is no longer valid. they are not interested , no replies from anyone.Don't waste your money. I would love the opportunity to reply to their reply, if they only read the transcript of the conversation I had with their AI Robot, they would know my issue was a real one. How long was I supposed to wait for an answer, they can see how many ways I tried to reach out to them. My email I sent to customer services from the link on their website was returned to me as no longer in existence. Why can't they now just talk to me instead of trying to discredit me online for a legitimate complaint. That is what Trustpilot is for I thought. Also tried on messenger and WhatsApp, no replies from these either even after a couple of weeks. What was I supposed to think?

Great software, great prices. Have used Vstpluginz.com a couple of times now, each time the install (haven't needed the remote install service) has went smoothly. I'll certainly be buying more down the line.

Very helpful with the whole install process even though I am quite computer illiterate! They managed to sort out my access and downloads the same evening within just a few hours of me purchasing on their website. Could not reccomend them enough!
