I have a same bike ordered a cadence sensor unit. I thought it was tge one for my bike totally wrong. The company asked for pictures of my bike. Identified it as a samebike LO26 FT. Sent me the correct sensor only charged me postage. Good customer relations. Also very helpful.

The Co5 Pro was delivered within a few days but the display screen was damaged. E mailed Samebike and within seven days a new display was sent and I fitted with no problems nice easy job. The bike is well made and I am enjoying the ride and looking forward to better weather and getting out in the countryside. Very happy with the service from Samebike and hope the bike gives me good service.
