It’s a wonderful online class

It’s a wonderful online class, my daughter and me love it. The teachers are nice and the classes are very funny. We can learn many knowledge at home , kids learn and parents rest. The best thing is price is very reasonable.

Terrible customer service

The Chinese teacher is pretty good, however the experience with one of your staff Yang-排课老师is terrible! Ruined experience with class over. Will not continue after finishing all class credits.

Unbelievable poor service

At the beginning, classover was good. But as more lessons I buy, more mess classover is. I bought additional 250 new lessons around November in 2021. And we actually didn’t use it. We asked for a long leave till March. It’s unbelievable the app appears 14 lessons left. I asked your staff to check, your staff reported it’s correct without any check. I was very angry. Luckily, we booked the lessons in wechat group till March. All the records are in wechat group. But your staff still not positively solve the problem. Jing is the responsible person and she even has no sorry to me and she hasn’t have fast reaction on it. It’s unbelievable!
