Classover has been a game-changer for my kid’s learning, especially with chess, which she really loved. The customer service is very good because my child is a beginner. When I reflect on the learning situation, they patiently help my child adjust the course schedule.

My son loves the Classover. He is learning Phonics on Classover. The teather is very patient.

My son had a trial English writing class yesterday. He likes this kind of online class very much, and it is also interesting to interact with the teacher.

I have ok experience with class over so far, but we have not have our official class yet

After 2 free trial classes, I requested a feedback from the teacher, the representative gave is the general feedback that was clearly not from the teacher. The feed back were written for small group lessons, but be We had 1v1 trial lessons. Since we liked the teacher, therefore I didn’t bother to voice my opinions. We were promised to have lessons with the teacher we liked. After we paid, we were told the teacher was not available. The actual class hasn’t started, it was supposed to start on 12/30/2023. But we are not comfortable with the “bait and switch” style they used to get us to pay for the service, we decide to not go forward with their service. After my request for the company to refund us the money, the representatives continued to nag us into accepting the service with Classover. They refused to refund us the money we paid but we never received the service. I would not recommend this company to anyone with such services.
