It has been pretty good and the customer service was responsive. However there is cer bad incidence. Our chess lesson got cancelled for no reason and we were told there still should b lesson. But no lesson showed on our end. I asked to cancel one lesson for Monday and all the Monday lesson lessons were canceled. Pretty upset.

Scheduling Teacher Pan & Xin are very patient (they helped me to change and change), thanks very much to them. The night & weekend Scheduling Teacher Jie and Cathy are very nice, too. Well organised and very useful course for Kids to learn during this pandemic. We have been learning their online classes over a year. My kid really loved all the classes and her teachers.

My kid is taking art lessons on Classover.com. The teachers are nice and patient, the lessons are very attentive. But sometimes the schedule is not too good. Overall it’s a good choice for kids to learn online.
