Great services and great product

I ordered the new diamond FX gel after waiting for stock to come back in. I have a frozen shoulder And cannot get out so wanted a treat. When it arrived it was so thick I could hardly get the brush out. I know gel goes thicker when cold so I left it for 24 hrs in room temp and it didn’t help. So I placed it in very hot water as advised for 5 minutes. No change. Upon writing to customer services they informed me that they had some stock arrive from the USA that was thick so they put in hot water themselves to thin. They advised me to do the same but I informed them I already had done this. They also said it’s thick because of the extra glitter? Not on their promo video it isn’t! I also explained my housebound situation. They did offer a return service but I can’t and they said that it wasn’t faulty. They have obviously sent out goods they knew were too thick and unfit for use, in my eyes this is faulty and very poor customer services from a huge company. I won’t be using them again (shame because I have their dip system which costs a fortune but is great)
