Dreadful customer service. Such a shame for an overrated brand. My brushes kept failing and I was blamed for not using them right. I asked for instructions since they believed it was my fault and I was kept in the dark. Disappointed. I think these nail influencers flaunting their brand are being compensated somehow.

I found it a bit awkward putting the nails on myself, but I put them about 2 weeks ago and the still going strong let's hope they last longer 😍

Very professional product, love the quality

Love the quality of the products since I've starting my dipping journey. The only flaw I have is the purchase is of shade ONLY NATURAL...rather than a sheer natural colour shown on the swatch, it actually comes out as an opaque light pink...nothing like the swatch shown online. Now, I'm not sure if this is because I put a layer of NATURAL (as recommened) as a base layer which has inturn changed ONLY NATURAL properties thus changing the colour from sheer to opaque. It would be good to get some feedback on how best to use the sheer shades (ie. No need to use a layer of NATURAL) but it was quite disappointing to not achieve the desired look as shown online. All other products are lovely and great quality!
