DHL BAD YET AGAIN !!! DUMP DHL NOW !!!

Good products - thank you 🙏 !!! BUT !!! - the courier DHL didn’t call on time and left a card even though I was in. Next day DHL weren’t on time again, but luckily I was watching the door !!! With a previous order DHL was 2 days late !!! On Trustpilot DHL is BAD 1.2 out of 5 !!! You must dump DHL !!! NOW !!! Instead use DPD which is EXCELLENT 4.5 out of 5 on Trustpilot !!!

I recently received an order with one of the pots of supplements damaged in delivery and the contents were unusable. Big Vits advised me that they would replace the goods free of charge including express delivery to Ireland. I reported the issue on the 24th March and the replacement was received today, just 4 days later including a weekend. Outstanding service! Thanks BigVITS.
