Great experience so far

My husband and I did a lot of research before deciding on PBI. We were going to purchase online but decided we wanted to get a feel for the company as well as see the booth in person before making the purchase. We drove up from Amarillo and it was well worth the drive. Timberly helped us out and she was so kind, knowledgeable, and professional. We are so excited to start our business and we are so grateful for the support we have received so far from PBI. We are waiting for the booth to be built so we can pick it up, hopefully everything goes well and we can hit the ground running soon.

Ms. Amber their General Manager immediately reached out to me personally after some issues. She is professional, polite and took on the concerns as if they had happened to her. Meaning she displayed genuine empathy. We never wanted anyone to sugar coat answers we simply wanted someone from the company to hear our valid concerns. Amber has assured me that concerns I had about financing, communication delivery and an overall positive customer experience from beginning to end has improved under her expertise. I can tell from her call with us she listened. She took notes, she mentioned every concern I had and discussed them with me with respect. I'm also grateful for the transparency in which she answered our concerns. She said there is a way to deliver a no without making people feel devalued and that is all I wanted to hear. She seems to be on the right track to ensuring potential and current clients receive the best customer care regarding all facets of the PBI experience. I am beyond grateful for Ms. Amber and thank her for her hearing my concerns. She is a shining star and deserves her position as General Manager. She is the TRUTH! Thank you again Ms. Amber!

PBI has been a constant support throughout my entrepreneurial journey since I committed to acquiring my first photo booth last year. PBI not only offers abundant resources for success but also extends unwavering guidance. Whether it is marketing, sales, or any other training, they are there to help and maintain professionalism throughout. Everything that they offer is in-house, which makes it easier to navigate. Each event featuring my photo booth has been a hit. It's crucial to remember that your business is entirely your responsibility and its success rests solely on your shoulders. Malfunctioning Photo Booth and No Refund!

I purchased a photo booth from Photo Booth International in 2022 and have had nothing but issues with it since. The first thing that happened is the printer that came with the booth stopped working. I told PBI about the issue and they told me to connect with the printer manufacturer who then told me there was nothing they could do. I had to purchase a new printer for the booth and PBI did not replace or refund the printer they sold me. Secondly, the photo booth started to blackout and stop working randomly. This was during events to the point where I had to refund clients money. Thirdly, the booth started printing out more than the normal number of prints per photo session- about 4-10 additional prints. Here are all the issues in a nutshell: I've spent a fortune on ink and paper, had to replace the wifi antenna, and had to stop taking on clients because of the booths constant issues, had to replace the USP port, had to constantly contact PBI and darkroom to troubleshoot, and have had to constantly update the phot booth computer. We called and emailed PBI multiple times and to their credit they've tried to trouble shoot the issues with us, but after spending years trying to make a malfunctioning booth work, they won't give us a refund or a new unit. Since we didn't take on photo booth business last year due to the constant issues with the unit, we lost almost $40,000 in potential revenue, not to mention the amount of money and time we've spent trying to get the booth to work. All we want is for them to admit the unit is faulty and refund our money so we can purchase a photo booth that actually works. the last 3 months I have been pushed off and ignored, and now they want us to do ANOTHER tech call. When is it enough?

Money well spent!

After purchasing a Photo Mirror Booth 3 we decided one on one training would help us jump start our business. Without any doubt we spent 2.5 hours with Jamie and we were off and ready for our first event. Jamie was patient, friendly and knowledgeable beyond belief. We would highly encourage spending time with Jamie to better prepare for darkroom tricks!
