Did not respond to the booking made on the website, put in two calls to the office, both of which were ignored. Very poor.

No comunication that they were not coming and no parts even though the site said they could fix Creda- the customer service ( there was no service!!) man was very rude on phone when I called back to find out what was happening- do not use this service!

Appointment was not confirmed and no engineer attended

No one rung the bell when they turned up. We ensured someone was in the flat. They left. And it's been a week and I still can't rebook. Just get palmed off or am sat waiting for so long on hild. On the phone now justbwaiting...

Booked a repair but never got a confirmation. Called to enquire if they were going to do my repair and was told they would call back. They didn't.

No one turned up, no phone call or email explaining why.
