Disgraceful lack of customer service

Having ordered once before from Muswell cheese for delivery I didn’t read any reviews but I wish I had. My delivery didn’t turn up this time and having wrote numerous emails, phoning them and trying to contact them on all their other media channels I have still not received a refund and like other reviews on here they just do not answer any of these contact options. Considering they still have time to appear on Sunday brunch advertising their business they really don’t give any time or effort into their customer service. They were quick to take my money but can’t even spare a few minutes to reply to my emails. I am disgusted with this business and how they operate and will be contacting watchdog with my experience as I am clearly not alone and the dates on some of these reviews shows that this disgraceful lack of service has been going on for over a year and they still haven’t made an effort to improve it. I always use small independent businesses where I can and I don’t like to write bad reviews (as everyone can have an off day ) I feel this time it is definitely warranted.
