Pros. They helped install the barcode scanner and printer along with porting all the items into the system instead of having to do it by yourself. Prompt response whenever an issue pops up. They is now an offline mode of the system so can use without internet. However to have a backup need internet. Cons Currently some instability due to shifting of servers.

Amazing POS! Much cheaper than any of the competitors and packed with features. Customer support is great and will help you through whatever you need on call as well. Video tutorials were available and the team took me through any questions I had. UI is extremely user friendly and fast. Reports and analytics set up so you can make the best decisions for the business. Would recommend 100%!
