As others have said, this company has either gone out of business, is on an extended holiday or is a complete sham. Possibly all of the above.

Ordered under ClarkeTools.net on 27th June, but heard nothing from them. I have researched this and it seems to be a one man band!!!! I have escalated it with PayPal and they have had no response from him for the last 2 weeks (since 4th July). Both the domains (ClarkTools and ScaffoldTowers) are now inaccessible (parked). Recommend NOT TO DEAL WITH!

Total scam. Now the web site has disappeared. Will be reporting tot he police, avoid avoid avoid

After having heard nothing about my order I now find they have been paid by my credit card company. I still do not have the goods. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered item under Clarketools.net. Quoted as 3-5 day delivery. Order was acknowledged but not processed. Attempts to get response by e-mail not responded to. Attempts to contact by phone advised that “Office Closed - leave message,”. Messages not responded to. Spoke to Clarke International (not their responsibility but helpfull. They advised ‘distributor’ Scaffold Towers are on holiday. Totally unprofessional. Website has subsequently been suspended. Suggest should not be trusted or relied on. Products are available elsewhere. I will be buying from stock locally.

Appalling service. Ladders didn't turn up on time even after emailing to confirm. I didn't get the Ladder clamps either at all. Owner was ignorant in communication. Only offer I got was that I had to pay to return the ladders myself to get a refund. Buyer beware this is actually just a part time dj operating out of barn

ordered scaffold tower, overnight delivery not happening....it takes 4 days to deliver!!! if you need it fast, don't rely on them. I spoke to them over phone to make sure I will receive it on time...
