I have always used hunter and gather products and absolutely love their collagen vanilla creamer but since being told I have high cholesterol and because the collagen vanilla creamer is extremely high in saturated fat I have to now stop taking it what a shame !

Have used the bovine collagen for ages now - I add it to smoothies, which gives it a creamy taste which I love. Love this company and their products

I purchased the Rise and Glow collagen a couple of weeks ago. I read a review specifically stating that the product could be drank by itself as it did not taste fishy. Unfortunately this is not the case. Despite the efforts, the product testes extremely fishy and I cannot drink it without mixing it in a juice. Even when mixed, it is hard to swallow. The upside though is that I can see a great difference in my wrinkles, nail ridges, hair etc. The results are truly amazing. I am just slightly disappointed about the very fishy taste.

I ordered avocado oil on Amazon. It smells vile and rancid. This is not returnable with Amazon. The sell by/use by date is October 2026 so not out of date. I ordered in December but have only just used it. I have contacted Hunter & Gather and await a reply.

I'm adding this to a review I did earlier? I have now had this issue resolved to my satisfaction, with apologies. I have every respect for the products they produce and wouldn't want anyone put off buying them, I will continue to do so. This was a subscription/ delivery issue and I'm glad it has been resolved. It is something they should keep an eye on.

Good products, great mission statement, but woeful customer service. Paying on a subscription basis has meant lots of deliveries coming far too early and no one interested to get back to me to resolve this. I am paying for my order way in advance of being ready to use the product. Second time this has happened. I've had enough. Emails, phone messages [during a 2.5hr time slot only] but no response. Don't understand why this small company is happy with this service?

Amazing phone help with a PayPal glitch. Easy to be contacted by phone and very helpful when you do. Thoughtful and helpful replies to emails. I have full confidence in ordering from them.

I have just received a message that my monthly order is being made ready to ship to me! I DID NOT sign up for future purchases. I tried to contact them but the customer service is only open in the mornings and not weekends.. When I made my order they did not ship to the shipping address. They seem to make a lot of errors!! I have emailed them but will have to wait till they open their customer service. I am very unhappy and feel this is a scam. I have noted someone else also has mentioned the same problem.

Don’t order from this company they automatically subscribe you even when you choose a “one time” purchase. I was just debited £25 from my bank account and there is no way to get hold of them except through an email so now I must wait for a response to get my money back. I did not authorise the subscription or if I did it is because their system is rigged for you to subscribe. I don’t want a subscription. I don’t need any more product and yet they decided they would just take the money from my account. I tried to end their (not mine because they did it) subscription and the website said they would send me a 4 digit code I requested the code 2x and did not receive it. I checked my email and it is correct and still did not receive the code. These people are out to take your money the whole website is rigged to take your money as a matter of fact the have a sliding scale when you log on to get you to pay more money if you reach a certain amount. Thieves! I don’t want to hear about authorising as it is the company’s responsibility to make it clear and I should be doing it knowingly and freely. I was so careful to check one time purchase but their website defaulted me to subscription. I want my money back NOW and the subscription cancelled NOW. I gave reported this to UK.Gov and ICO.

I've been using hunter@gather for a few months now and tbh I genuinely can't recommend it enough. The quality is outstanding, I've tried few other brands before but the difference with this one is SO CLEAR! My skin is glowing and my hair feels thicker. THanks!
