Glass bubbler arrived broken. no one at puri5 cared what a waste of money 🙄

Everything is good except it needs to be charged very often.

Loving the new vape It’s stopped me mixing tobacco with my herb And has helped me stop smoking cigarettes 😎😎

Great product....cleaning is easy. Water bong attachment is the best.

Been using the magnum 3 for a little while now and it’s really the best I’ve tried. I decided to buy 2 more to give to my cousins for their birthdays. I emailed puri5 to see if I can get a discount for ordering 2 and being a loyal customer - they gave me 5% off! Wow they have a customer for life! Haha

Excellent service, professional level customer service, over all 100% satisfied and please customer I am, something came wrong with my first order, but they contact me back ASAP and resolve the issue super quick.

It's bad for flower I don't believe you get a good enough hit/draw from the dry nor the water pipe. As well I don't believe vaporizing flower works at it's full potential. Maybe it would work better for someone whom would want to use a concentrate/dab.

Puri5 customer service is fantastic. I contacted them with an issue and it was addressed immediately.
