The bubbler attachment doesn’t work despite advice and their are no instructions on how to use it properly. The unit has a small battery life easily drained within minutes. Also you have to buy the real charging doc separately and it comes with a small cheap usb micro cord which easily slips out. However I like the unit and it produces a quality vape. All in all it does what I need it to do. I do not recommend it for heavy/long sessions.

I've called the 516 number mutliple times. No answering machine, no call back. The device overheats too bad for me to feel safe to keep it in my house with kids.
