Bad customer service initially, but they did make it up
Initially had problem with battery. Never held a charge. Talked to customer service and they said their product was dirty (brand new) and to clean it. Complained still did nothing and they promised to send a replacement which they never did. Started to complain on here and facebook and they blocked me from commenting and tried to get this review listed as fake. One last phone call and the supervisor was very apologetic and considerate. They shipped me new battery and it functioned right away. Problem is it still tastes metallic when you use it. Even with water bong attachment. Here is copy of email since this company is now saying that I am a troll. Try calling their customer service number and all it gives is a recording to leave message. They are only open 4 hours a day it seems. Can you try take the battery out, clean both side’s connection on the battery, then load it back in and secure the cover tightly. I have cleaned the battery and all connections that relate to it and have tried on multiple times to get it charged. I find it unusual that your first guess is that the product is dirty and defective as this is a brand new product. How many other issues like this are occurring? I feel that a new battery will hopefully resolve the issue as I have now had the product for 2 weeks unusable. Maybe you can send one now? Maybe a refund should be considered for your dirty product. Love the magnum 2
Been using the Magnum 2 for about a week now and its awesome so far. I really like the flavors i get out of the vapor. i can actually taste the different terpines rather than just tasting weed smoke. Unit heats up really fast. I use it at 410 degrees but its nice from 360 up. (i start hitting early somtimes). Almost. No coughing. Battery lasts me just about 5 sessions. (i dont use it usually to the cut off) i hit about 5 to 10 times then turn it off. Then i stir up the chamber and the next sesh hit it another 5 to 10 times. Overall awesome product. I just wish i had gotten the waterbong piece with it. Ill probably be ordering it soon
