So far the only downsides are the battery life is garbage and the little bowl has to be refilled too often.

Wrong product sent. 24 hours after reaching out to Puri5 to arrange a replacement, I've received no word back. Please correct this.

I've only had my Magnum3 for a week and I really enjoy using it. I ordered the bubbler accessory but when I got it there was a small leak. I contacted customer service and they are sending a replacement. The product works well, the customer service is fantastic.
