Misleading!
Misleading! Bought from Nz with the impression the blood was tested in Wellington.. However after enquiring where my results were I was told it was being sent to the UK! Well over a month and several conversations with customer service later I do not believe my results were real at all. I have some known intolerances to Alliaceae and Solanaceae foods however non of these were flagged, whereas it indicated I have intolerances/allergies to food I've never had a problem with. I found it difficult to get straight answers from customer service regarding the location of my blood sample and how the were going to uphold the customer garuntee of getting your results back within 10 days of the lab recieving. Funny enough, I recieved my results the day after I enquired about potentially getting a refund as it was on day 9 waiting for my results. I think they sent me some bogus results to avoid giving me a refund.
