This platform is a joke. Be careful from any promise they give you. The worst customer service I experienced in my life is with bstock. This company needs to be in a law suit for their injustices.
BStock policies
BStock needs to implement their "policies" on the sellers as they do on the buyers, so these sellers stop preying on the the buyers. The lopsided policies only work in favor of the sellers majority of the time. Grading the product is also a huge issue, where the sellers sells garbage and mark them as B grade because they can get away with it

Still waiting for a full refund from a seller cancellation. I paid in pounds and was refunded in euros so so im still owed money from bstock. No one seems to be addressing this or paying outstanding amount.???! Update: finally got a refund however it was a painful and expensive process calling America and being passed from person to person.
Unauthorized Cancelation and Product Decline
While we have been able to sustain our business on Bstock for the past several years, it seems the quality of the product from several market places has declined significantly. Not only has the product been reduced per load, the shipping costs has increased. Also, the requirements to file dispute has increased, due to missing pallets or items per pallet. Upon receipt of every load, we take pictures of every pallet and the signed BOL, as required, to make sure our bases are covered for any claim. For the future, we have found other substantial avenues to sustain our business at this point. Hopefully, Bstock will require the sellers to provide images of each pallet, box, lot, on their marketplace, and uphold the standards to each vendor as advertised in each listing. We also hope that they will not allow a vendor to completely cancel a load just before delivery, which just happened today, and not provide an immediate refund. I gave this a 3-star based on previous experience and business practice.

Terrible Customer Service Short Shipment
We recently got a shipment from B stock that was short merchandise. This was not a common issue for us previously. The company tried to make ridiculous claims that we should have taken pictures of the merchandise while it was on the truck. In my 35 years of business I have never heard of anything like that. Even worse the customer service dept for them regarding this is in Jordan. That is truly amazing. We have bought many shipments over the years as we are a real company. I will continue to pursue action against them. They hope you give up and dont pursue these matters. Dealing with support in the Phillipines for major problems in the US is unacceptable. The person I spoke to at the time said he was from Jordan. Of course his accent was so hard to understand. The shipping companies used are highly unlreaiable and the company tires to put all the burden of complaints and followups on the customer itself. It can take several followups. Some of their carriers mark shipments delivered and you find out 5 days later you never got the goods. Nobody will answer to those complaints in a serious way.
Another B-Stock blunder
Another B-Stock blunder. Big promotion running on Costco Marketplace only to have super slow page load to outright bad gateway server crash. They are so inept that they let it unfold all the while getting creamed as most were prevented from bidding.

The promises made were not honored, and the lack of transparency and communication is deeply concerning. What is particularly disheartening is the complete lack of accountability and resolution. Despite multiple reassurances to be patient, there has been no proactive communication or straightforward answers regarding the status of my order. The emails from four different employees only added to the confusion, leaving me feeling neglected and undervalued as a customer. This entire ordeal has been a frustrating and time-consuming process, and I am left with the impression that B-stock does not genuinely care about its customers. A simple refund does not adequately address the financial and emotional toll this situation has taken. I hope that this review prompts the necessary action to rectify these issues. Potential customers deserve better, and I sincerely hope [Company Name] takes steps to improve its service and communication.

Wir haben mittlerweile zehn Paletten bestellt und in allen zehn Paletten wurden die 30 teuersten Produkte einfach nicht mitgeliefert. Zusätzlich muss man sagen dass dort nur defekte Artikel verkauft werden was aber Ehrlichkeit halber auch detailliert beschrieben ist. Man wird um die teuersten Artikel betrogen Somit ist die Palette nichts mehr wert

Three orders in the last 6 months shipped to wrong state, conditioned reponeses, incompetent employees. I'd say better suited to run a trash route but you need to be on time for that as well. Overall terrible operation with no effort to please the customer(s) CH Robinson will never answer their phone, by far the trashiest logistics company around
