Don’t buy from BSTOCK
Don’t buy on this website! I bought from a fraudulent seller and when I contacted the company them didn’t want to help. I will be taking league action against this rubbish company to get my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE
Very risky
Very risky, i would not recommend spending any money you cannot afford to loose as loosing your money is a real possibility. Sellers many times show one thing and send something completely different. And getting ahold of bstock when you have an issue can be very frustrating. I've been given bad information 2 times now, have been out my money and product for over 2 months, and do not see an end in sight.
I bought panties and lingerings
I bought panties and lingerings, I received trash. They were not the ones I saw on the website yet they failed to resolve my dispute. I also bought iPhone grade b but they all came with broken screens 100pcs. They failed to resolve that dispute too and that was when I realized they were scammers trying to rip people off.
Bad service
I had a very bad experience with this company. I do not recommend 👎
Save your time and money
Terrible, terrible, horrible company, stay away. On top of draconian selling fees they feature horribly inefficient and useless customer service; atrocious payment methods (wire only that doesn't go through and you get charged a fee by someone, which you can't even appeal); random fees that they try to collect instead of solving issues with sellers. This is a borderline scam and a rip off. Their pricing is comparable to what you can find on ebay anyway.
If you have problems with Bstock…
If you have problems with Bstock customer service, you can call upper management and they will help. Dial 650-241-3536 Ext. 508 will be Eric Moriarty, very helpful. Upper management extensions are 500-508.
Do not waste your money on Costco…
Do not waste your money on Costco Pallets. They use the very generic condition description as a way to get away with sending trash products. Bought 2 pallets for over 2K, 1 Mixed Pallet was complete utter trash, and the second was A/B condition and was all trash also. I was only able to salvage $100 worth if items that I have to sell for 1/2 the retail price, which is 75% less than what I actually paid per item. Even with over 10% of items missing and not as described, they refuse to resolve your dispute. They obviously can see in photo proofs how bad the condition received was, and still say it's A/B condition, but won't go into detail why it is considered A/B and not C/D. Even my photos prover the items are C/D condition, but they choose to ignore it.
BStock are SCAMMERS!!!
Please do not purchase anything from this website. They are scammers. I bought a box of fishing lures 280 to be exact. I paid in full for the order plus shipping. These people sent me a box of Jeans buttons. I sent them an email about what happened and they deactivated my account. They are SCAMMERS!
Very frustrated with my experience to…
Very frustrated with my experience to date and the mandatory shipper experience. I continuously get "it is scheduled for pick up" but doesn't get picked up - almost 2 weeks later and there is no guarantee on LTL. Yet, I was charged a significant shipping fee - more than double for one pallet compared to a normal shipping fee for 5-6 pallets. After all this time, I am still at the mercy of a supposed third party for any update. No option at this point to arrange my own shipping to even just get this pallet (to be clear it is one city over). This is my first paid transaction. I did attempt an initial transaction which was cancelled immediately after the auction ended - literally within a couple of hours - for "logistic issues". However the winning bid was significant less than their "suggested" retail, so I can't help feeling the shipper wasn't happy with the final bid amount. I am not confident I will even see this pallet and if we do, what the condition will be that it is has been bouncing around or waiting to be delivered, I feel like this is an expensive lesson that I have been forced to learn.

Stay away from like new lots
Stay away from like new lots. I received more damaged, broken, trash than useful items. More worthless lights than I can count mixed in with a few good items. Most good items were placed under heavy planters. Funko Pops, Dolls and Vinyls thrown in a gaylord underneath luggage, and other heavy items. I'm lucky if I break even because many of the items I will have to trash. This may be the fault of Target since it was a Target load but Bstock didn't seem to care when I informed them that toys and fragile items should not be placed under heavy items in a gaylord. So many damaged boxes. Makeup and Health should never be resold once it is opened but you will find it on pallets. I have to toss all of the opened makeup. It has cost me so much to pay someone to sort these items and I will never make a profit from many of them. Everything looks good on a manifest because you can not see that it was returned by a customer who may have used the item for some months. Also, the manifests are designed to trick you. You may only see lights once or twice but the manifest could be 25 pages so you may receive 100 lights when you thought you were receiving 15 since they spread them out rather than putting them all on the same line.
