I have more than a month since I submitted an application to buy from this site my application still pending contacted them no answer I guess they don't have any customer service,I'll update when I get an answer or a chance to buy...

The forced shipping fees are 300% higher then arranging myself which makes it cheaper for people who live close to the auction and forces those who live farther away to not be able to buy. CH Robinson doesn't seem to care since they have the contract.

I purchased a lot, and no one would help to arrange to pick my lot.

My first 2 experiences with B-Stock as I was starting my business where the worst. I got sold items not as described and B-stock won't do anything about their buyers actions. I lost a lot of money and now I don't know how to get back from this.

B stock is a scam. Won a lot that looked promising to find out a month later that they committed an error and the lot is mixed up. They should had canceled the bid according to their policy, but instead customer service decided to delay the process by telling me that they will send me a new manifest of the items in the lot. A week later i get an email stating that they shipped my items and i should just received them, and afterwards file a complaint. I quickly check the items received to find out they shorted me $25,000 worth of merchandise. I emailed customer service to get a reply almost a week later telling me that im only entitled to a partial refund. I told them i wanted to return all items since the recieved items are not what i bidded on. My bid was for a lot that was worth over 100k and 3642 items, not $74k and 2834 items. Im still waiting for a resolution. Also waiting for another lot that they screwed up on as well. Is a month and 1/2 since i won and still waiting.

b-stock products were good, but right now they send us garbage, we just pay for garbage products, I don't want to buy from a certain company (Costco, Almo,) when you bit load, someone from their side bit also, you pay a ton of money but you don't get what's the value of products. The buyer has to be aware of it. We just wasting time selling their garbage products. we are a company we shot down the business of them (Costco, Almo, some other companies) if someone wants to prove I will send them pictures of load what kinds of garbage they send to us.

I bought a pallet on Contemporary Fashion Auctions (Revolve liquidations) on 7/14 and wired the $3200 the next day as demanded. As of 8/11, the pallet still hasn’t shipped, the shipper does not have it, and no one will respond to my emails. I even contacted AIA and they did not respond. I filed a BBB complaint and a FTC complaint but I definitely got flat out defrauded. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLATFORM! They also allow sellers of counterfeit goods to sell without any oversight.
