Radio.co has gone bad

Radio.co used to be great but a couple weeks ago it was scheduled to go down for maintenance for 3 hours. The outage went on for about 15 hours and when it finally returned it was flakey. I noticed that the server had changed and their customer support denied it, but it says so right on the radio.co website. The server switched from Cherry to Scarlet and has been mis behaving ever since. Dropouts, and every time we go live from either BUTT or radio co broadcaster the server switches back and forth between live and automation so both are playing at once. This is happening in 2 different cities. Wenatchee and Seattle Washington on different internet providers. Radio.co blames my network but we have the same problems broadcasting live from either, on different internet providers 160 miles away from each other. To work around this I have to restart the station. This fix is short lived. While live there are seconds of extremely loud distortion which corrects in a few seconds. The connection drops and I have to reconnect, restart the station, then go live again. Support will not admit that anything is wrong on their end. They told me to reset my router. I have no router only Cisco switch on Gigabyte fiber service. Restarting it does not help. Seattle is on different internet providers with similar difficulties. Looking for a new radio broadcast automation service that I can rely on. This is being used for an actual radio station and I no longer recommend radio.co anymore

The customer service is second to none

The customer service is second to none, they make it easy to understand however when you do run into issues you have a real person giving helpful advice the same day.

Very helpful and the website is VERY easy to navigate....I do wish they were a bit more "reachable" when it comes to needing immediate answers; however I do always get my questions answered in a reasonable time.
