This is my 3rd visit of an 11 month journey and I can't speak highly enough of Dr Mert and his team. From the moment I first made contact he was thoughtful and considerate, very professional and didn't promise he could do things he couldn't. I have been met at the airport each time and taken back, so no worries about airport transfers. The treatment has been excellent from start to finish. Dr Mert and his team go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The treatment is explained to you, what is going to happen and why I cannot recommend thus practice highly enough and my confidence in Dr Mert and his team is well founded they have looked after me excellently, so much so that I intend to come back foe check ups, even though I don't need to, its not like a dentist you don't get stressed because everyone around is there to look after you. The hotel is just over the road which even though I don't rate the hotel its reassuring to be just 5 minutes away from the practice I highly recommend if you're thinking of getting any dental treatments you give Dr Mert and his team a call.

This was my second visit out of three to Esdent, I can’t recommend Dr Mert & the whole team enough. Starting from the free pick up & drop off service from the airport to all the way through. Everyone is so friendly & caring. Dr Mert explains everything to you, not pushy in anyway but genuinely wants what is best & looks best. Having had a fear of the dentist in the past, that fear has gone due to my visits here. I’ve told everyone about Esdent & will continue to always recommend. I had a great experience at Esdent Dental Centre. Dr. Ozge was incredibly knowledgeable and experienced. She handled all the process extremely professionally. Especially the follow up visits were exceptionally helpful. By the way, I didn’t feel any pain throughout. The staff was well trained, professional and caring. The hospitality was excellent. I recommend them to everyone who need healthy teeth and a new beautiful smile!

Dr. Mert, Sezgin und sein ganzes Team sind toll. In dieser Praxis fühlt man sich wohl: ein sauberes Ambiente und die Kundenfreundlichkeit wird hier groß geschrieben. Man kann das Team immer erreichen. Mit wenigen Kenntnissen in Englisch wird einem hier geholfen. Die richtige Adresse für ein schönes Lächeln.

Super accueil, cadre magnifique, dentiste et personnels très à l'écoute. J'ai effectué 3 couronnes, un détartrage et un blanchiment, le tout sans douleurs. Travail soigné et vraiment top. Je recommande cette adresse à 300%.

Esdent Dental Centre has amazing customer service. I've had such a good experience here!! They are a very welcoming office, and it feels very warm inside (in regards to the emotional energy of the place, not necessarily the temperature)They were very friendly and informative with dental procedures that I may need. They provided reasonable recommendations with how I should go about any issues. Will definitely come back. Highly recommend!

The staff here are Fantastic. Very down to earth and friendly. They explain everything very well and give 5* treatment. Hotel is one of best I’ve stayed in. Very good service all round. Feels like luxuary!
