I get the monthly arrangement for my mother. She enjoys them a lot and has been mostly satisfied with the arrangements the last 23 months. Will definitely renew.

I must say that the customer service dept. deserves 5 stars. They always tried to help with the problems of the deliveries. In general, the flowers usually looked old and tired. The colors used were light, cream ,salmon, or light pink, which made them look sad when they came. The red roses had brown spots on them, but were replaced. The flowers rarely lasted over a day or two. I will not continue the subscription, because I do not want to have to deal with customer service after each delivery.
Amazing Exoerience!
It’s exciting and I have enjoyed uninterrupted and unshaken delivery from Bloomsy Box for the past 4 months. Trust me, their 6-month subscription plan is simply amazing. I remember being skeptical at first when I was about to upgrade from a monthly plan to a 6-month subscription, but I must say I have no regrets and I’m really excited about how professional their services have been thus far. It’s been fresh flowers all the way! Each time customers and colleagues visit my office and see new flowers they are always amazed at how consistently I have been able to manage to sustain fresh bouquet every month. One thing I have enjoyed beyond the fresh flowers is the manner in which their customer service. One month I needed a set of flowers replaced and I was really blown away by how quick they responded. Top notch service all the way!
I loved the flowers
I loved the flowers, beautiful. I had an issue with one of the deliveries, the flowers did not last for more than three days. They sent a replacement bouquet within 5 days and they are beautiful. I would give five stars for the flowers and another five stars for the customer service.
Beautiful and fresh flowers every time but one issue
Beautiful and fresh flowers every time! Sometimes there will be a huge bouquet other times it'll just be a nice medium size but they are always fresh. Not crazy about the auto renew after 6 months. I forgot! But in the end my wife got another 6 months so it's all good. When I originally placed the order it was for my wife's birthday. They never made it and we're stuck in a warehouse somewhere. They missed the birthday by a week. Oh well. Still give them 4 out of 5

There were a couple months where the flowers were not as fresh as other months. Customer service rectified the situation.
Flowers arrived to the house already dead
Flowers arrived to the house already dead. The travel mechanism is not delicate enough for flowers and many leaves and petals had fallen. The flowers only lasted three days. After I received the dead flowers, I went on a week business trip. After calling after that week, the service team made me aware that because they shipped and delivered the flowers over a week before my complaining, they could do nothing with the complaint despite my sharing that I was there and piked up the flowers on the day they were delivered. At no point was I offered an apology, a refund for the dead flowers, despite this being the third time flowers were delivered with dead blooms. The company was not remotely helpful and reminded me that I could not do anything, include cancel my subscription or receive any money back. They never contacted me about replacing the dead flowers.

One of the deliveries came pretty bruised up and the other two didn't last more than a few days. Two of the three deliveries were roses and I was hoping for something more unique and different. I didn't see the value in spending $40-50 a bouquet when I could get the same thing at Trade Joe's or Whole Foods for less.

The quality and freshness of the bouquets have been inconsistent. Some have arrived dry and damaged. But the first two deliveries were gorgeous and long lasting. If the inconsistency continues, I will stop the regular monthly deliveries. I did request and receive a replacement for one damaged bouquet, though. You are not notified when a shipment is on its way, so you do not know when to look for a delivery. Customer service is very responsive via email.
