I ordered 12 tins on october 22nd and my shipment only got sent out for delivery on november 1rst. I sent an email which someone from the team responded to but then after that no more updates despite numerous email sent. Also, when they responded to my first email they told me they would send my package express and they did not so im in to wait another 3 weeks for delivery. Great!!

Customer service has been on point since I made an order. Hopefully doesn’t take that much time coming into 🇨🇦. Great pricing. Wish they had more in stock. Would’ve bought way more. Love the selection. Can’t wait to try them and I now have a solid supplier now. Thanks snusgod 🙏🏽

Taking ages to arrive

The ordered items had clearly had their "best before" date in the past, as the product basically disintegrated when touched. This was also more or less confirmed by the fact that the containers had the stickers in the bottom of them removed. No ingredients list, no problem? So, there's no way of knowing what was the strength of the product, nor anything else. Tried contacting the seller about this but have not received any answer. Not recommended.
