I have purchased your products in the past, hence, when I wanted to send a thank you gift, I choose your company. I have been extremely disappointed with your delivery service. My gift has still not been delivered after several attempts!! I cannot understand this, as when I went to the address for the first time on 4th Oct, I did not not have any problem finding the address. I have been very embarrassed about this, as it was supposed to be a thank you and turned out to be a lot of hassle. I will not be recommending you in the future.
